About Us

History

Established in 1996, Emtech Enhancements started with just woodgrain interior kits and operated from the boot of a car on a part-time basis. The business then grew to a point where the only way to service the existing customers was to go full-time. So in March 1997, Emtech became a full-time business providing products for both the new and used car dealer network and retail customers too.

Emtech Showroom

The business outgrew the 'car office' so much that a retail showroom was established in July 2000 and moved to larger premises again in July 2003 to allow us to stock & fit more products.

In 2008, having seen the trend of online purchasing outstrip the need for a showroom, we moved our showroom to our website so that we are now open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Services

The Emtech team say Customer Service is our No.1 goal. We are not focussed on getting a sale, but focussed on helping the customer achieve his or her goal.

Unlike some online suppliers, we stand by all our manufacturers warranties and, in the unlikely event of a problem, we resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

We have a network of recommended installers for workshop-based services across Australia if you purchase products directly from us.

We have a number of methods of payment: Cash, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Bankcard), Australia Post Money Order, Bank Cheque or C.O.D.

If you are not sure about a product or service, give us a call or email us, and we will endeavour to assist you or we will refer you to someone who can in your State.

Quality

All of the products sold by Emtech are of the best quality available. We would rather sell products that cost a little bit more, but don't let the customer down than buy/sell on price alone. All of our products have a warranty – our interior dash kits for example have a 3 year warranty.

Convenience

Emtech is conveniently open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year!

We send products all over Australia using Australia Post, Couriers and/or Australian Air Express.

Car Shows

Emtech has been a presence at all the major Car Shows in Australia, bringing the products to the people, however, we have now moved on to the technological age and are constantly developing our website to give you access to the latest and greatest products available to you.
